Will Welch

is a Board certified functional health coach and leadership development coach.

After burning out on big city living and a corporate career, he and his wife left it all behind to travel the US.  Along the way, Will discovered health coaching and combined it with his experience developing organisations and their leaders.  This powerful combination has helped his clients work healthier and has transformed their lives.

Will combines a career focus on motivation, stress reduction, and behaviour change with his experience working with leaders in Fortune 500 companies, running a successful consulting business, and researching and teaching at top US universities.
